Most businesses scanning barcodes in the field are using a phone with a scanning app. It works — until it doesn’t. Dropped on concrete, screen cracked in the rain, battery dead at 2 pm, or the camera struggling to read a grubby label on a warehouse rack.

The H68T is what you switch to when that’s no longer acceptable.

It’s a purpose-built rugged Android handheld with a dedicated barcode scanner built into the top — not your rear camera pretending to be one. Two models to choose from, depending on what your job actually looks like:

H68T_S uses a Zebra SE4710 scan engine — the industry-standard choice for retail, field service, counter work, and any scanning within arm’s reach. Fast, reliable, reads damaged labels without fuss.

H68T_X uses a Honeywell N6803FR with Smart Adaptus 8.0 autofocus — scans up to 10 metres. Built for high-bay warehousing where you’re scanning racking from the ground, forklift operations, or conveyor lines where barcodes are moving. The autofocus switches instantly between near and far without delay.

Both run Android 14 with GMS certification, so your existing apps from the Play Store install and work normally — WMS, ERP, delivery software, whatever you’re using.

The right choice when scanning from a distance is a requirement: high-bay racking where goods can’t be lowered, scanning from forklifts, conveyor lines moving at speed, or large-footprint warehouse operations where walking to each location wastes time. The 10-metre range and instant autofocus is a genuine operational upgrade.
