NZ-based warranty support
Warranty claims are handled locally through Rugged Tablets NZ in Cambridge, Waikato — not via international freight to a manufacturer in another country. When something needs resolving, you deal with someone who knows the product, knows the NZ market, and can turn it around without the delays of cross-border returns.
 
What’s covered
Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Hardware failures under normal operating conditions. The A14 is rated to IP65 and MIL-STD-810H — it is designed and tested for the environments your team works in. Physical damage from misuse, accidental damage, or use outside the device’s rated specifications is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
