These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Rugged Tablets NZ website and to products purchased from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy.

This website is operated by Rugged Tablets NZ.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rugged Tablets NZ, and "you" or "customer" refers to the person or business using our website or purchasing products from us.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, specifications, product images and availability may change without notice, particularly where products are supplied by overseas manufacturers.

Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

If we identify a material error in the description, specification or price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss the available options before completing the order.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

Additional delivery charges, customs duties, taxes or other international charges may apply where applicable.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. An order is accepted when we confirm the order or otherwise agree to supply the product.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

• The product is unavailable or discontinued
• A pricing or product information error has occurred
• We are unable to obtain the product from our supplier
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

5. Product Availability

Some products are held in New Zealand stock, while others may be supplied directly from our overseas manufacturers or suppliers.

Where a product is not held locally, additional delivery time may apply. Estimated availability and delivery timeframes will be provided where possible.

For products supplied specifically to meet a customer's requirements, additional terms may apply as stated on the quotation or order confirmation.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page, quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery timeframe has been agreed with you in writing.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to freight carriers, suppliers, customs, weather events, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Warranties & Consumer Rights

Products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified for the individual product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.

Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, customers retain their rights under that Act, including applicable remedies where products do not meet the required guarantees.

For products purchased by a business, different legal provisions may apply. Where both parties are in trade, the parties may agree in writing to contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act where permitted by law and where the statutory requirements are satisfied.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any rights you may have under New Zealand law.

Nothing in our Returns Policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the packaging and product. This information may be required when dealing with the freight carrier or manufacturer.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your applicable legal rights and our policies.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
